Engagements are managed through Upwork (hourly, fixed-price, or milestone-based) or via direct invoice for EU-based clients.

Engagement Process
Initial Discussion
Use the contact form to share requirements and constraints. We confirm fit, scope, assumptions, and dependencies.
Proposal
You receive a written proposal with deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, and pricing.
Contract Setup
We set up the engagement on Upwork or issue a direct invoice for EU clients. Scope, milestones, and terms are confirmed before work begins.
Delivery and Closure
Work is delivered in scoped phases. Each phase includes evidence artifacts (code, config, audit trails). A post-deployment monitoring window is agreed, followed by formal sign-off and handover.
